Influitive, the advocate marketing experts, today announces the addition of Jesse Goldman as Vice President of Customer Success to advance and scale the company’s customer success efforts. Jesse joins Influitive from Salesforce, where he led customer success for the company’s Work.com product, and launched new customer success offerings to support all Salesforce products and customers. He was VP of Customer Success at Rypple (acquired by Salesforce).

Previously, Jesse was an early employee at Endeca (Oracle’s sixth largest acquisition) where he held a variety of leadership positions across functional areas, driving the company’s global retail vertical go-to-market, strategic partner enablement, the establishment of Endeca’s European office, and serving as technical lead for the company’s initial customer implementations. Jesse graduated magna cum laude from Harvard.
