The 9th Annual BAMMIE Award Submissions open on October 13, 2022 through November 18th, 2022.

These awards highlight companies and individuals who have set the standard for advocate marketing success through mobilizing their fans, advocates, employees, and customers to support important business objectives. You can submit your application within Influitive’s VIP Community (if you do not have an account, please contact your Influitive CSM).

2022 CATEGORIES:

  1. Most Engaged Advocate Community

You’ve excelled at building a fantastic advocate community that keeps members coming back for more. 

The winner of this award will show how they cultivated a highly engaged advocate community that includes re-engagement tactics or campaigns leveraged to keep engagement strong and, as a result, have a high percentage of their overall advocates engaged in their community.

  1. Best “Out-Of-The-Box” Initiative

You’ve built an incredible group of customer advocates–but that wasn’t enough! You never let the box restrict you from executing creative campaigns and initiatives. 

The winner of this award will show how they creatively elevated their advocate program through campaigns and initiatives. Whether that means engaging different personas, giving your advocates the reins, replicating a virtual community in real life, the sky is the limit here!

  1. Best Technical Achievement in a Program

Your company tech stack may continue to grow, but it hasn’t stopped you from orchestrating a streamlined experience for your program members. 

The winner of this award will demonstrate how they successfully integrated their Influitive program into their existing tech stack to elevate their program and member experience.

  1. Best Advocate Impact on Product Development

From beta groups to product feedback to customer advisory boards, your community can help boost your company’s product development and go-to-market strategy.

This award will go to a program that showcases how it has leveraged its community to drive product innovation and support product development in meaningful ways.

  1. Biggest Sales Impact by Advocates

Through referrals, references, cross-selling, and social proof – advocates are vital for driving sales revenue. Your advocates want to show your sales prospects how excellent your company is and why they should become a customer!

This award winner will showcase how customers and customer programs can support and accelerate sales for an organization, including its influence on sales pipeline.

  1. Best Branded Hub

Your hub and program echo your company’s brand and help convey an overarching narrative. You have taken all goals and stakeholders into account and developed thoughtful, creative, and unique branding.

The recipient of this award will showcase they infused their brand values, personality, and identity throughout their advocate community by showcasing their core business values, overall structure, content and visuals.

  1. Biggest Impact on Customer Experience

The best advocacy programs help scale the CS function while enhancing the customer experience along their entire customer journey–from pre-sale to post-sale.

This award showcases how to best leverage an advocate community to support the customer journey, scale customer relationships, and ultimately retain customers.

  1. Biggest Impact on Marketing

Advocacy drives great marketing. Nothing gets a prospect or potential customer upsell more excited than seeing the solution in action and hearing from real people on how your company is helping others. 

From case studies, to reviews, to a killer customer page on your website, there are many ways that your advocacy program contributes to your company’s wider marketing program. The winner of this award mobilized their advocates and leveraged their advocacy to transform their marketing to lead with the customer and impact the bottom line. 

  1. Best Emerging Program

This award is open to those who launched their advocate program on or after January 1, 2022.

You have effectively gotten buy-in from internal stakeholders and built a strategy for your advocate program with both—short-term and long-term goals designed to benefit both your company and your customers.

The winner of this award will go to an advocate program that has effectively developed and executed its program strategy and has seen remarkable results right out the gate.

  1. People’s Choice: Most Passionate Community

The Most Passionate Community award celebrates programs that have cultivated a community of raving fans who will sing your praises from the rooftops and have taken on inspiring acts of advocacy. 

Because it’s so important, we let your members take part in the process. The winner of this award will be decided by a popular vote that will take place in your advocate community.

After category finalists are announced, a challenge template will become available to publish within your advocate community. Influitive will count the votes to determine the winner of this award.

  1. Program Manager of the Year

All other award categories speak to the power of an advocate marketing campaign, the customer experience or the business results. But it’s visionary people that bring these programs to life, and this award recognizes an individual for their vision and achievements.

The winner will have served as an agent of change in their organization, rallying others to embrace the power of advocacy and community. They are a driving force behind their program, who demonstrate an understanding of how advocacy can benefit the business and the leadership necessary to bring their vision to life.

12. Program of the Year

Note: there will be an SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise winner for this award. For the purposes of this award, Influitive defines each segment as the following:

  • SMB: 1-500 employees
  • Mid-Market: 501-5,000 employees
  • Enterprise: 5,001+ employees

This is it, the big award. Other advocate programs sparked a little magic, but you made it rain. 

The Program of the Year award celebrates the best overall advocate marketing strategy, tactics and results. We’re looking for a program that has delivered measurable value through inspiring and flawless execution.

  1. Employee Advocacy Manager of the Year

Note: there will be an SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise winner for this award. For the purposes of this award, PostBeyond by Influitive defines each segment as the following:

  • SMB: 1-500 employees
  • Mid-Market: 501-5,000 employees
  • Enterprise: 5,001+ employees

The Program of the Year award celebrates the best overall employee advocacy marketing strategy, tactics and results. We’re looking for a program that has delivered measurable value in thought leadership, social selling or recruitment.

 

  1. Employee Advocacy Program of the Year

Bringing employee advocacy programs to life requires deep knowledge of social media and a flair for innovation, and this award recognizes an individual for their vision and achievements. The winner will have served as an agent of change in their organization, rallying others to embrace the power of advocacy and social media. They are a driving force behind their program, who demonstrate an understanding of how employee advocacy can benefit the business and the leadership necessary to bring their vision to life.
