IMG_3767We recently have unveiled B2B marketing’s first late-night talk show, BAM!TV.

In this week’s #advocatemktg Twitter Chat, we were joined with two of the stars of BAM!TV, Meagen Eisenberg and Bo Bandy, to answer some questions about the show as well as the growing importance of having a great customer experience.

A great customer experience is when a customer has positive interactions with a company and their product throughout the customer lifecycle. Each touchpoint that the customer has with the company right from the initial purchase must leave the customer feeling and thinking “WOW!”.

Years ago, the quality of the customer experience was just an afterthought. As reviews become more accessible to buyer on the social web, the customer experience has an increasingly significant impact on a company’s reputation. Ensuring that your customers are happy early in their journey and sustained throughout their lifecycle is becoming a priority in marketing strategies.

Instead of traditional marketing messages, authentic customer reviews and messages are what buyers are listening to now. Your customers have become the brand messenger — for better or for worse.
