What ensued was a lively (and, at times, hilarious) discussion between customer engagement experts like Joseph Jaffe, Jay Baer, Mark Fidelman, Keith Ferrazzi, Matt Heinz, Bryan Kramer, Laura Ramos, Russell Rothstein and more.
Overall, the chat was a perfect representation of what Advocamp will be like: amazing insights mixed with lots of fun. The discussion topics ranged from how to improve the customer experience to favorite tequila brands.
No idea what Advocamp is? It’s the biggest event for the customer-obsessed, and is taking place this March in San Francisco. But it’s not like a regular conference—there’s no boring presentations or awkward cocktail hours. (If you want to learn more, read this!)
