Email Abuse Policy

Influitive Abuse Policy (“Policy”)

Through Influitive’s (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) AdvocateHub, Influitive’s Customer (“You” or “Your”) can communicate quickly and effectively via email with your Advocates. When You purchase Influitive Services, You agree to comply with the terms and conditions listed on You agree not to send unsolicited commercial email, or “spam,” in violation of applicable law. You also are prohibited from using Influitive Services to send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortuous material, including material harmful to children or in violation of third-party privacy rights. Your Advocates on Your AdvocateHub are subject to this Policy.

If Influitive identifies Your Advocates who are violating this Policy, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Advocate account. If we identify You are violating the Policy, we reserve the right to suspend Your account and deny administrator access to Influitive Servicers.

If You identify an Influitive Customer or Customer’s Advocates who are violating the Policy at Your AdvocateHub, You can report the abuse to Influitive by sending an email message to [email protected].

When reporting spam, please make sure You send us the full header and Content of the relevant email(s) or message(s).

If you have received or been infected by a virus, worm or Trojan please note that we cannot offer any support to help rectify your systems. We recommend you install anti-virus software and update it regularly. When reporting virus activity, please include the header, the content and the email attachment if you have received one.
