Jami has over 15 years of experience building online communities for tech giants including Intuit, PayPal, eBay, and Yahoo. She’s been responsible for enhancing customer experience by fostering an ongoing, value-driven relationship between company and customer and building communities of connection, inspiration, loyalty, and evangelism.
Megan brings 10 years of SaaS experience, with a focus on combining customer data, analytics, and journey mapping to improve customer experience, engagement, and loyalty. As a long-standing member of the Influitive team, she has worked with many enterprise customers to create thriving programs.
Amy is a veteran of Influitive with over 6 years of experience driving value for clients through strategy, campaign, and managed services on the Professional Services team. Amy started Influitive’s advocacy-powered event offerings in 2016 and has helped bring her client’s communities to life at major tech events such as Cisco Live and VMworld.
