Erica brings 12 years of experience in B2B customer marketing where she has focused on customer advocacy, online communities, customer education, and customer events. She leverages a background in product management to bring a systematic approach to customer programs with expertise in strategy, research, design, measurement, implementation, launch, communication, maintenance, expansion, and platform migrations.

Amy Ng

Amy is a veteran of Influitive with over 6 years of experience driving value for clients through strategy, campaign, and managed services on the Professional Services team. Amy started Influitive’s advocacy-powered event offerings in 2016 and has helped bring her client’s communities to life at major tech events such as Cisco Live and VMworld.

Megan Wilson

Megan brings 10 years of SaaS experience, with a focus on combining customer data, analytics, and journey mapping to improve customer experience, engagement, and loyalty. As a long-standing member of the Influitive team, she has worked with many enterprise customers to create thriving programs.

Caroline Papadatos

Caroline is our resident Loyalty Evangelist, working with the Practice Teams to drive loyalty innovation and customer-centric success for select Influitive clients. As a former loyalty executive, CMO, and global consulting leader, Caroline is recognized as a leading expert in designing transformative customer loyalty solutions for global B2B and B2C companies. With a strong focus on customer financial performance and ROI-driven solutions, Caroline has designed loyalty programs in diverse sectors including retail, entertainment, grocery, telecom, business services, airline, credit card, banking, agriculture, and technology.
